“West Hollywood is a special place. Zen is a vibe. Zen is your happy place,” reads a statement in the Zen Healing website. The West Hollywood cannabis dispensary is celebrating 20 years in WeHo with a Parking Lot Takeover on April 20, 2023 from 12pm – 5pm, to coincide with 420 Day, the unofficial holiday that celebrates smoking a marijuana bud with your buds.

The West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the 20-year milestone with Mayor of West Hollywood, Sepi Shyne, on Thursday, April 20, at 12 p.m. The celebration will include live music by Feed The Kitty, a food truck by Los Lobos, CVT soft serve ice cream, drinks, and a special promotion of Zen Healing’s famous BUDDHA BAGS (valued at $420), which will be available for just a penny for the first 100 customers who spend $100. Plus, there will be live entertainment and up to 40% off cannabis products.

Zen Healing products claim to offer the finest legacy-made products in the state side by side with the latest greatest brands on the market. They offer an unmatched variety of Emerald Triangle products, focusing most heavily on the legendary and bountiful Humboldt County.

The 20-Year anniversary celebration is part Emerald Village “It’s 420 Somewhere” campaign designed to showcase the cannabis travel and tourism board’s diverse and creative West Hollywood cannabis culture through a series of events and promotions that highlight the best of the local industry and commitment to community. From dispensary and consumption lounge events to product promotions like CALMA’s month-long music festival inspired $4.20 promotion and discounts on brands like Jay-Z’s Monogram, happening April 3 – 23. Additional 420 programming and activities include a KIVA x Fatburger Ketchup Launch Party and Puff & Pen Writing Class with West Hollywood Poet Laureate Brian Sonia Wallace at The Artist Tree. Customers can also pick up a printed copy of the latest West Hollyweed Fun Map in select retailers to help them find their way to key cannabis destinations throughout the Emerald Village.
