Wrapstar is now open in the city of West Hollywood. The fast-casual restaurant known for offering a variety of signature and build-your-own wraps in the cities of Beverly Hills and Culver City has taken over the former spot of Cousins Maine Lobster, which closed back in August, 2022, after being open at that location for seven years.
The wraps restaurant had a soft opening earlier this month on April 1, 2023, with an official opening last weekend, according to an employee.
The restaurant’s interior and exterior are covered in lush greenery, creating a conservatory-like atmosphere that is both visually appealing, which is beneficial in providing a relaxed dining experience. The greenery also ties in with the theme of leaves and salad.
According to their Instagram account posts, the WeHo location is being well received by the community and they had returning customers by the second day they opened.

Wrapstar specializes in wraps and salads. For salads, you can either choose from one of their signature salads or build your own. You can also put together our own vegan salad with Beyond Meat, tortilla chips (corn and flour), carrots, cilantro, garbanzo beans, green onion, pepperoncini, red onion, corn, olives, sesame seeds, and a cilantro lime dressing. The combination of flavors and textures was spot on, with the Beyond Meat providing a meat-like texture and smoky flavor, while the cilantro, onion, and pepperoncini added a tangy kick. There are also tofu options instead of chicken, giving a wider option for vegetarians.
Their Chinese Chicken Chop, which can be served as a salad or a wrap mixes leaves with carrots, sesame sticks, crispy noodles, and large chunks of grilled chicken, all coated in a sweet Chinese dressing, creates a delightful explosion of flavors and textures in your mouth.
Wrapstar’s other signature salads or wraps include a classic Caesar, Classic Italian Chop, BBQ, Southwest and they also offer a Taco salad. With so many businesses closed in that area, the opening of the new healthy spot is a welcoming site for the community, so give them a try.
