    10/30/2023 @ 0000-0050. An unknown suspect used a side door to gain access and ransacked the interior. The suspect removed cash and marijuana. No sign of forced entry. #06137

    10/30/2023 @ 0130. A man and a woman cut the key box open and manipulated the wires to open the garage gate and gain access to the sub parking garage. The suspects attempted to steal bicycles but were unsuccessful. The suspects removed miscellaneous unsecured property and fled the area on foot. #06159

    10/31/2023 @ 2148. The victim was walking in the Halloween Carnival area when the suspect approached him from behind and placed him in a choke hold. The suspect pulled the victim’s cell phone from his hand and fled the area on foot. #06198

    11/01/2023 @ 0150. Three women were contacted by the suspect in the alley. The suspect wanted to accompany the women to their next stop, but they declined his offer. The suspect became upset and punched one victim in the face and then pulled out a pocketknife and swung it at the other two victims. #06207

    11/01/2023 @ 0130. A man was standing on the sidewalk when the suspect removed the victim’s cell phone from his pocket and ran away. The victim chased the suspect and was punched twice in the face. #06206

    11/02/2023 @ 1800-2100. A man used an unlocked door to gain access to the employee break room and removed a backpack containing a passport, clothing, and $800 cash. #06260

    Looks like we have gangs of cell phone thieves prowling our streets in addition to the unhoused maniacs.
