Local West Hollywood bars and nightclubs are upping their game to offer a unique Halloween experience in a way that only the Creative City of West Hollywood knows how to bring. With the cancellation of West Hollywood’s Halloween Carnaval this year, WeHo’s Rainbow District promises to continue being THE place to BE on Monday, October 31, 2022.
Micky’s WeHo was one of the first nightclub bars to get their Halloween decor up early this month inviting patrons to enter if they dare. The restaurant and bar will host a Halloween contest the night of Hallow’s Eve, offering $500 for first prize, $200 for second, and $100 for third prize. More details on special events to come.

The City of West Hollywood recently approved the waiver of special event permit and associated fees for City businesses hosting events on October 28, 29, 30 or 31 in celebration of Halloween. Interested business can submit a special event permit application by Monday, October 24, 2022, for activations that do not require temporary structural review. For those special event permit applications that require temporary structural review, requests should be submitted by Friday, October 21, 2022. Beaches WeHo Halloween – WEHO TIMESThere will be no street closures or changes to parking regulations on Halloween or during the weekend preceding Halloween. Revelers are reminded not to drive under the influence; even one drink can impair safe driving. The City recommends ride-sharing services and transit options. The PickUp, the City of West Hollywood’s free weekend ride, runs on Friday and Saturday nights from 8 p.m. to 3 a.m. and on Sundays from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. In addition to its regular service, The PickUp will also run on Halloween from 8 p.m. to 3 a.m. Details are available by visiting www.wehopickup.com.
