The Life Group LA is hosting a one-day free HIV seminar, “You= U & HIV” to discuss how “Undetectable = Untransmittable,” and other topics, on October 5, 10am – 5pm in West Hollywood (location to be disclosed upon registration).
The workshop is geared towards HIV+ and HIV- individuals. It will provide the nuts, bolts and resources to understand “U=U.” It takes an in-depth look at the facts, science and real-life journey of living and loving with an undetectable status and prepare HIV+ and loved ones for the future.
“I hope that by providing a safe and supportive atmosphere, participants take away a better understanding of what it means to be undetectable and how to achieve that status,” The Life Group LA Executive Director, Sunnie Rose, told WEHO TIMES. “The seminar is important because education is power. This important breakthrough for the world, not just the community, will help erase stigma, shame and fear.”
This one-day seminar will connect individuals with experts in HIV Care, who will be on hand to answer questions and candid conversations that will leave attendees feeling informed, prepared, and elevated.
