The Artist Tree WeHo to Celebrate 420 (Weed Day) with Live Streaming of Artist Sessions

April 20, or 4/20, is known to cannabis connoisseurs as Weed Day. To celebrate 420 on 4/20 at 4:20pm coming up this Monday, The Artist Tree WeHo is showcasing an all new web series called Artist Sessions, a live streaming of concerts, comedy shows and live art on the weekend before 4/20. The broadcast is in collaboration with some of the best musical, comedic and artistic talent in the industry.

In the wake of the COVID pandemic keeping people in quarantine, many in the community are turning to the healing powers of music, art, comedy, and cannabis. The Artist Tree, the world’s first cannabis boutique and art space, located at 8625 Santa Monica Blvd, will stream Artist Sessions live on a multitude of platforms including the dispensary’s Instagram account, YouTube channel and its own website at www.theartisttree.com. Artist Sessions aims to entertain live audiences and highlight the connection between cannabis and the arts on 4/20. The streaming show is also a way to connect and engage with people wherever they may be safely sheltering and social distancing.

The first show in the series will kick off on 4/18 at 4:20pm with Nonchalant Savant (@nonchalant_savant). Also known as singer-songwriter and producer Nicholas Pimentel, Nonchalant Savant posted the following on his Instagram account:

    “Saturday 4/¹⁸/20, I’m doing a special set @ 4:20 live streaming from a secret location. Keep them antennas tuned in, &make [sic] sure to roll up cause we’re going for a ride! #nonchalantsavant #herb #dispensary #theartisttree #weho #losangeles #420 #performance #dank #music #percussion #streaming #live”

Savant stepped onto the scene with his debut single, “Mixed Signals,” where he shows off his signature world of colors, patterns, rhythms, and vibe, making him a perfect Artist Tree fit. He’s collaborated with various artists like Lyrica Anderson, Tiron & Ayomari, Shafiq Husayn and Miguel.

Of course, 420 Day is not complete without the 420. Viewers can stock up on cannabis items at The Artist Tree with 20% off everything in store and online from April 18 – 20 (no-contact delivery and pick up orders available). There are also exclusive gift packs for a penny with minimum purchase amounts, containing an assortment of CANN beverages, Kushy Punch edibles, Kaneh edibles, NUG flower, IC Collective pre-rolls, and Source flower.

Stay tuned to The Artist Tree’s social channels and TheArtistTree.com for more information.
