Sugar Factory American Brasserie has recently opened a new location in the Westfield Century City mall. The new eatery is now the chain’s largest restaurant and retail store globally with 14,000 square feet.
The restaurant offers expansive outdoor patio garden seating with comfy booths and tables overlooking Hollywood and the west side.
The 14,000 indoor space houses a large crystal chandelier over the 200 seat banquets with antique brass accents and a huge white marble bar. Once guests enter, they can pose for photos against the pretty flower wall or head to the carnival-themed game room with a water gun race, basketball toss, skeeball, milk jug toss and down the clown. The huge retail confectionery includes a floor-to-ceiling candy wall with more than 500 types of sweets including novelty and bulk candy. The café also offers hot and frozen hot chocolate, coffees, specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries and gelato and ice cream.

The menu has something for everyone with salads, burgers, crepes and pizzas. Favorites include the Rainbow Sliders, classic mini burgers with rainbow colored buns with onions and a signature sauce; Sugar Factory’s famous Insane Milkshakes served in chocolate covered mugs including their Nutella Banana Milkshake with banana chocolate fudge and chocolate dipped banana and their Tie Dye Milkshake with red, blue, green and yellow white chocolate ganache, Pop Rocks and cotton candy. There are also many desserts to choose from including their King Dong Sundae with 24 scoops of ice cream with gummy bears, caramel and fudge sauces, sprinkles and giant swirly pops.
Adults can enjoy Sugar Factory’s 64 ounce alcohol-infused smoking candy goblets including the Lollipop Passion with lollipops and candy necklaces and the Watermelon Mojito with Voli 305 Vodka and sour watermelon gummies.
Currently Sugar Factory is open for take-out and patio seating, located at 10250 Santa Monica Boulevard #2020 in the Westfield Century City mall. For reservations, call 424.278.1546.
