Space for Lisa Vanderpump’s PUMP Restaurant Listed for Lease on LoopNet

The space where Lisa Vanderpump’s PUMP Restaurant is currently located at 8948 Santa Monica Boulevard, is now up for lease on LoopNet, the online marketplace for commercial property, primarily providing commercial property listings for sale and for lease in the U.S. The 2,865 SF space is listed as storefront retail. Terms are currently negotiable and the rental rate has not yet been made public, but is available upon request.

The space was first listed on the CityStreets Commercial website in late March before appearing on LoopNet.

“CityStreet Commercial is pleased to present 8948 Santa Monica Blvd in the heart of West Hollywood,” reads the listing. “8948 Santa Monica Blvd sits along West Hollywood’s ‘Boy’s Town’ an area that is a popular destination for locals with high foot traffic and an amazing demographic and mix of single-family and multi-family homes. The property features one of WeHo’s largest outdoor patios (approximately 3,700 sf) with ornate trees and lighting throughout.”

Pump Lounge opened on the corner of Santa Monica and Robertson Boulevards ten years ago. The listing is for the space and not for the business, which makes the future of the restaurant uncertain in West Hollywood. Vanderpump told Entertainment Tonight that she had a great relationship with they were discussing re-signing their lease back in late March.

We reported here first that two highly profiled West Hollywood restaurants partly owned by the reality TV star and animal rights activist were in hot water with the California Department of Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC). The liquor licenses for Pump Lounge, and Tom Tom Restaurant and Bar, which is located down street, both had their liquor licenses suspended on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.

The license suspension sparked rumors that PUMP had been in trouble for serving liquor to a minor, and serving for serving inebriated patrons, all which appear to have been fabricated according to ABC, which would have listed any infractions by now. The ABC hold was described as a B/E Collections Suspension.

According to the listing, the space is available in 90 days, which could mean some time in June.
