Ready Fit Go Healthy Meals is coming to the City of West Hollywood at 8576 Santa Monica Boulevard. The new WeHo business specializing in healthy meal prep is moving into the former home of PowerZone next to Capitol Drugs (PowerZone moved into the Capitol Drugs Space at after having its own storefront for roughly 30 years, a move that was an effort to stay in business after the COVID-19 pandemic).
Signage for Ready Fit Go went up today at the new location announcing their arrival to West Hollywood. An opening date has not been made public yet as of the posting of this piece. The new healthy food space promises to be a great addition to the recent opening of the John Reed Fitness Gym.
According to their Instagram account at @readyfitgo_weho, they are categorized as a grocery store that provides healthy meals prepared fresh every day. Ready Fit Go is known for their weekly plans that customers can grab and go from their store front or they can have it delivered for a $5 charge. Once they open the WeHo location, orders can be placed online by visiting their website, or by calling 310-318-3188.
They currently have locations in Corona California, a location in Hermosa Beach, and they have a new location coming soon to Santa Clarita Valley.
For those who feel they are having a bout of DeJa’Vu, the concept of prepared meals seems to be very similar to My Fit Foods which operated in West Hollywood across the street at 8601 Santa Monica Blvd (where El Pollo Loco currently stands).
My Fit Foods did not last, so here’s hoping Ready Fit Go has much better luck.
We will keep you informed as we learn more about their grand opening, or other updates.

Their 7 day meal plan is $260 a week! Also this includes BOTTLED WATER. Can’t I just get my own H2O? I didn’t see anything on the site about sodium content probably on purpose I assume it is high. I wish ZEB ATLAS would open a https://www.protein-house.com/ fast casual franchise here. He is a major bodybuilder who wanted a place like THE FIREHOUSE in Venice but with edible food! It specializes in high protein foods (including for vegans) for the workout crowd which is just what Weho has. Unlike the other places (My Fit Foods/Ready Fit Go) it is a… Read more »
Here is their turkey bowl from their Facebook page. Most of their dishes don’t list the sodium content which is scary. Hopefully they will offer some reduced sodium options. I guarantee you Zeb watches his sodium intake. If they have some decent reduced sodium options I would definitely give them a try.
Cal 318/415
Protein 31/44 g
Carb 8/8 g
Fat 18/23 g
Sodium 575/593 mg
Interesting. Their own website only lists the first four stats. I would not be surprised if this stuff is really no healthier than frozen food.
Well, my favorite foods and Trader Joe’s that last seven months, also you can buy the same thing across street at Trader Joe’s, I believe this is a black owned company that had a restaurant called Creole Creations ….Let’s see if they have the black magic touch because unless you have a liquor license your business won’t be lasting more than six or seven months I don’t know how that rawberry still stays open when you can buy fruits across the street at Trader Joe’s put it in a bowl with some sugar on it for a fraction of the… Read more »
With your logic no restaurant would ever stay in business because you can buy food at grocery stores!
Use your brain and realize people want convenience.
So much drama! anosolutely great for those that do not have the time to cook on their own. Good luck yaaaall
I hope they are successful. I would buy these meals if they didn’t have so much sodium.
It seems so unnecessary when there are better ways than salt to flavor food. I eat healthy and if I use salt it’s just a small amount. Many of these meals have in excess of 450g of sodium per serving which is a lot.
This sounds great! I am excited to see them open and will give them à try by signing-up for a one week meal plan to try them out.
Natasha, I tie you to railroad tracks and then you no worry about salt or why you only have negative feedback
You can count on “Natasha” to spread negativity on any new business or good news regarding West Hollywood. It’s her trademark!
You are a piece of work. Did you check out their website? Everything is very high in sodium.. If you love salt then buy to your hearts content. I prefer not to load my body with sodium. Apparently you know nothing about eating heathy. You also have a serious issue with the truth. I made a comment based on what I would do. You are welcome to do just the opposite if you so please. Did you pull the fire alarm at JRF?
I don’t see anything about sodium on the site although i assume it is high.
“Did you check out their website? Everything is very high in sodium..”
All i’m seeing is a macro breakdown on their website. I don’t see anything about sodium in their meals. Please tell me where I should look to find this “high sodium” you’re seeing.
Their Facebook page has a few dishes where it lists the sodium content. Most dishes don’t mention sodium which is most likely intentional. You are correct, their website fails to list sodium. Please accept my apology for leading you to their website versus their Facebook page. The nutritional for their turkey bowl is below. It probably is one of their lower sodium dishes. If the others were reasonable they would list it. All nutritional labels in grocery stores require sodium content to be listed. This company should also list it. Everyone decides for themselves their own dietary habits. Cal 318/415… Read more »
Are you Boris Badenov? Your comment sure sounds like him.
You can leave it to nasty, vile Boris and Weho Artist to attack Natasha and turn this into a negative nasty situation. Some people just can’t have a lot sodium in their diet. It seems most prepared food is loaded with sodium/and fat. For Example:take a look at Trader Joe’s prepared food/frozen items. Trader Joe’s items (including other stores) are WAY over the top loaded with massive amounts of sodium/fat in each prepared fresh/frozen entree Most frozen and freshly prepared food is. Most Americans consume way to much sodium in their meals. Healthy Choice is NOT healthy-look at the label… Read more »
“Instead of being self absorbed”
You sound like one of the most self-absorbed people i’ve ever come across. Ironic!
He’s making reasonable points. What are you so offended by in his post? Ready Fit Go is selling meal plans for the entire week. If they are all loaded with sodium that’s not a good thing. Why not let them know that people are also looking for healthy meals with a reasonable amount of sodium? That is actually good for their business. Nobody said eating a high sodium meal a few times a week is going to kill you but eating high sodium meals several times a day all week long is not very healthy. I find it interesting that… Read more »
Salt, sugar and fat are CHEAP INGREDIENTS people LOVE. A cheap way to make sales if you stuff your prepared food with these things. Food manufacturers are in some kind of arms race to see who can put salt, sugar and fat in the most foods at the highest levels.
My Fit Foods didn’t last a year. Everyone seems to have the secret sauce, but good luck to them. I looked up the website and they seem to be black owned, so more power to them. We need some representation in this city. Badly.
