Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have listed their West Hollywood condo for sale on carelwoodre.com. The condo is located at the Sierra Towers, at 9255 Doheny Road, not far from the house where the original Osbournes show was filmed in the early 2000s. The asking price for the condo is close to $4.8 Million. The condo faces northwest on the 10th floor.
Dirt.com reports that the Osbournes moved into the condo nine years ago. They paid $4 million in the spring 2014. The unit has been primarily occupied by daughter Kelly Osbourne.

The space features two bedrooms and three baths in a little more than 2,100 square feet of living space adorned throughout with stone floors and recessed lighting. Floor-to-ceiling windows also provide picturesque hillside and city lights views.
Amenities at Sierra Towers don’t come cheap. The attended lobby, valet parking, and 24-hour security and concierge, plus a freshly designed pool and spa, fitness center and conference facilities come at a hefty price of $3,849-per-month HOA charge.
Sharon Osbourne recently revealed that she and her husband, Ozzy, have decided to move back to the UK after living in America for two decades. She said her son Jack doesn’t want them to move, but Mum says her son needs to spend more time in England and that she still plans to come back on trips to America.
It is not yet clear if the big move is what determined the selling of their West Hollywood condo.
