JJLA, an entertainment firm known for producing massive Pride events, announced the launch of this year’s OUTLOUD: Raising Voices, a live, in-person concert event taking place at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. The award-winning artist series is kicking off Pride Month with a three-day concert experience for the weekend of June 4th to the 6th, in time for Stonewall Day.
OUTLOUD: Raising Voices is streaming exclusively for free on TWITCH, in partnership with Pride Live’s Stonewall Day, a campaign to raise awareness of the Stonewall riots and LGBTQ+ activism. The three-day concert event will feature live performances, special interviews, celebrity meet and greets and surprise special guests. It will be a kick-off celebration to LGBTQ+ PRIDE month, providing a global platform for queer artists and allies to celebrate PRIDE and the organizations that work for LGBTQ equality.
Adam Lambert who, on behalf of his Feel Something Foundation, is hosting and curating the closing program as part of Stonewall Day’s line-up, and bringing together artists of diverse genres, generations and cultural backgrounds to create a unique musical experience that captures the heart and soul of the LGBTQ+ community.
Friday’s headliners will include: Sofi Tukker with Daya, Jake Wesley Rogers, LP Giobbi, Tygapaw, Madeline The Person, Ryan Cassata and Saro.
Saturday will include: Hayley Kiyoko with Bronze Avery, Mykki Blanco, Crush Club, Kaleena Zanders, La Doña, Madame Gandhi, Brooke Eden, and Malia Civetz.
Sunday, Stonewall Day, will include: Adam Lambert, Angel Bonilla, Chely Wright, Kim Petras, Sam Sparro, Vincint featuring Parson James, Qveen Herby and Ty Sunderland, and Zhavia Ward. Angelica Ross, Conchita, Geena Rocero, Ryan Jamaal Swain, Valentina Sampaio, Yungblud, and Whoopi Goldberg will also make appearances.
“I’m thrilled that Stonewall Day is part of OutLoud’s weekend full of amazing performances and entertainment, and benefiting charities close to my heart,” Lambert said in a press release.
“OutLoud: Raising Voices will kick off Pride 2021 with a groundbreaking global celebration for the LGBTQIA+ and allied community, bringing people together in-person and virtually for an unmatched event,” said Jeff Consoletti of JJLA.
The event is streaming for free at Twitch.tv/officiallyoutloud on the weekend of 4 to 6, 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Eastern each day at. Tickets for the live in-person event can be purchased at Ticketmaster beginning Monday, May 10 at 2 p.m. Event updates will be available on www.weareoutloud.com.
Update: the organizers got back to me, they are selling tickets for both vaxed and unvaxed people, apparently. I didn’t see that option via Ticketmaster
