OUTLOUD is hosting promotional events throughout the months of April and May at local West Hollywood bars in the LGBT Rainbow District and they are giving away free passes to the OUTLOUD WeHo Pride Music Festival scheduled for the weekend of June 2-4, 2023.
They hosted their first of 15 events this past weekend, on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at Rocco’s WeHo located at 8900 Santa Monica Boulevard. Patrons spun a colorful wheel for a chance to win single or weekend passes to the OUTLOUD music festival.
“To play, we have one requirement,” Executive Director of OUTLOUD, Ricardo Sebastian, told WEHO TIMES. “All you have to do is follow our instagram page [@officiallyoutloud] and you get a chance to spin a wheel and wherever you land, that’s what you get. People love it. We had some people come up us and say that they really loved Grace Jones and then they won free Saturday tickets, which is when she is performing. They were really excited.”
To find out where and when they are coming back out to the Rainbow district, follow them at @officiallyoutloud on instagram and be sure to check out their stories for up to the minute updates.
Grace Jones will headline Saturday’s festival, while Carly Rae Jepsen will close the event on Sunday.
Saturday’s OUTLOUD music festival will include masked country star Orville Peck, alt-R&B musician Santigold, indie pop star Blu DeTiger, and Australian queer band Cub Sport. Drag queens Jodie Harsh and Kylie Sonique Love will also perform Saturday.
