Nike is introducing a new generation of group fitness with Nike Training Studios throughout the Los Angeles area, and it is launching the first Nike Studio in the City of West Hollywood, at 8714 Santa Monica Blvd, Unit C. The up-and-coming fitness facility is bringing world-class trainers, dynamic workouts, and a supportive community to the Sanctuary Fitness space, which is phasing out of WeHo as the new studio moves in. The new fitness facility is projected to open in mid-September.
The sports clothing brand partnered with FitLab to offer two types of classes, the Nike Training Studio and the Nike Running Studio.

Nike Studio West HollywoodNike Training Studio combines interval and strength training. Studio classes use weights, kettlebells, sleds, sandbags, and other functional equipment. The programming is broken into periodized training blocks that rotate through three workout types, with the opportunity to assess progress after each period.
The Nike Running Studio splits between treadmill and floor workouts, going beyond cardio to target strength, balance, mobility, and more as part of sprint, capacity, and endurance workouts.

It will be located just doors from the highly anticipated John Reed fitness which was the former home of the 24-Hour Fitness gym. John Reed is expected to open in the winter of 2024.
Barry’s Bootcamp WeHo also expected to move to a much larger space at the former Aaron Brothers framing and art supplies space, located at 8380 Santa Monica Boulevard. Barry’s expected to open some time in 2024 after construction stalled for several years.

So Sanctuary is gone? Was t it basecamp fitness before? Well I hope this works out and I hope the prices are good so we can get some real fitness going on here!! We also need open showers so everyone can see each other showering !that’s whats really gonna drive the membership up don’t forget it is boys town we need to keep everything gay and sexual if not it just goes away and it’s the truth all these old sluts around here are ready to buy memberships if it’s open showers!
