    LA Pride is Back at Universal Studios with Pride is Universal 2022

    LA Pride has partnered once again with Universal Studios Hollywood on Friday, June 24 to present Pride is Universal 2022 as part of Pride Month, bringing an exclusive theme park experience for guests of all ages to enjoy with friends and family. Tickets include  afternoon general admission to the theme park starting at 4pm with exclusive extended park hours from 9:00 p.m.- 1:00 a.m.  Guests can enjoy access to exciting thrill rides and attractions during the day, with additional after hours elements that include live DJs, Universal character meet and greets, cash bars and photo ops.

    The evening’s music will be spun by DJ Brynn Taylor. Drag show performers will include drag superstars Morgan McMichaels, Mariah Balenciaga, Delta Work, Jasmine Masters and Scarlet Envy. Two more DJs will keep the party going throughout the park.

    Pride is Universal 2022 is bringing back the VIP – Universal Express ticket option that includes earlier access to the park at 2:00pm, Universal Express access to the park’s attractions, premium viewing areas at the main stage and exclusive access to the LA Pride VIP Lounge.

    The  event is open to all ages (with adult discretion), and a photo ID is required for guests 21 and above for cash bar access.  A limited number of general admission event tickets are available at $109, so purchase now at http://seetickets.us/prideisuniversal before rates go up.

    LA Pride is also partnering with Cinespia and going back to the movies at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. This year will feature the classic summer movie screening of But I’m a Cheerleader, the campy satirical jab at gay conversion therapy camp, directed by out lesbian, Jamie Babbit. Starring Natasha Lyonne, Clea DuVall, Cathy Moriarty, and a newcomer named RuPaul Charles.
