    Katana Japanese Restaurant in WeHo Offers Sake and Wine Lover’s Night on Wednesdays

    Katana, the upscale romantic restaurant in the heart of The Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, featuring stellar views, a variety of sushi, steaks, Japanese cuisine and inventive cocktails, is offering their Sake and Wine Lover’s Night on Wednesdays.

    Diners can get half off many sake and wine bottles while enjoying delicious dishes and appetizers. With both al fresco seating offering stunning views of the Sunset Strip and indoor seating with a romantic vibe perfect for Valentine’s Day or intimate dates, their Wakatake ($60), a smooth melon and peach drink; Heavensake Sake Baby ($17.50) a pear and white plum sake; Hampton Water Rosé (28) and Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc ($25) are all great choices.

    Drinks can be paired with Katana’s wide variety of appetizers including spicy sesame cucumbers; tuna sashimi with wasabi soy truffle oil and avocado; flue sashimi with orange marmalade; diced yellowtail sashimi with chilis and yuzu soy; seafood ceviche; yellowtail sashimi with garlic ponzo; toro black truffle with wasabi truffle soy; spicy tuna on crispy rice; ribeye wrapped asparagus; Wagyu potstickers with spicy ponzu; fried chicken with cilantro mayonnaise and garlic lobster noodles.

    Katana’s main courses include Robata-Yaki American Wagyu, shrimp with bacon, chicken meatballs, salmon, seabass, black cod and aged ribeye skewers as well as their signature dishes including Jidori chicken, short ribs in Asian marinade, baby back ribs, filet mignon with grilled lobster tail, king crab legs; and grilled oysters. They also offer Premium A5 Wagyu dishes including Wagyu Nigiri, Wagyu  and lobster, Wagyu with shortrib and Japanese A5 wagyu seared on a hot rock. They also have an extensive list of sushi, sashimi and fresh rolls.

    Desserts include a wide selection of cakes and a special ice cream sushi. They also offer delicious custom cocktails.
