    Shake Shack Offers Summer Shakes

    Shake Shack unveiled a trio of its delicious handspun Summer Shakes WeHo customers can enjoy the Strawberry Frosted Donut Shake, Chocolate Salted Caramel Shake or the Peaches & Cream Shake at their favorite Shack.

    El Pollo Loco WeHo celebrates Pride

    El Pollo Loco West Hollywood at 8601 Santa Monica Boulevard celebrated WeHo Pride with free taquitos and chips and salsa. WeHo Pride attendees were given a free rose to celebrate that love is love at the WeHo location.

    Celebrate National Bourbon Day

    DTLA Dog Days

    Hosted by DTLA Alliance, DTLA Dog Days will take place on June 14 and 15 in Pershing Square. The festivities include a June 14 party from 4 to 8pm, vendors, dog treats, free dog caricatures, live DJ and more. On June 15, dog walks at 10am and 1pm, puppy yoga, and shopping with dog vendors.

    Nicolas Eatery Opens at Beverly Center

    Nicolas Eatery, the French and Vietnamese inspired restaurant, has opened in the Beverly Center, open Monday through Saturday from 11am to 8pm, Sunday 11am to 6pm.

    Hollywood Roosevelt Launches Summer Pool Events

    The Hollywood Roosevelt has launched a variety of summer pool activities including Thursday movies under the stars, $12; 60-minute Vinyasa flow classes Saturday at 11am; a massage garden with treatments from 9am to 9pm, and Sunday pool parties beginning June 16. Their Rosy Café is also offering a new weekend brunch and on Saturday nights the hotel’s Cinegrill Theater has Crimson + Clover cabaret shows.

    Celebrate Pride month by attending Rainbowfest, with performances by LGBTQ+ artists at Plaza West Covina.

    Spill the Tea with “The Traitors” Season 2 Cast

    Peacock is hosting a Traitors Castle Garden at The Grove on June 8 at noon celebrating the new The Traitors Season 2. The event will feature fan experiences including trivia, Meme bingo, and more. At 1:45pm, Kate Chastain, Trishelle Cannatella and Parrati Shallow will be featured on a special panel.

    I made my deep fried Halibut with steamed artichoke and asparagus. The steamed artichoke and asparagus came out excellent but, the deep fried Halibut basically reduced a great fish to fast food quality. Certified Master Chef Czn Burak pointed out that if you steam Halibut just like the vegetables, it easily comes out great.
