Holy Water WeHo Bar Adds New Cocktail Benefiting Project Angel Food

West Hollywood cocktail bar, Holy Water, has partnered with Buffalo Trace Bourbon to feature a special cocktail in support of Project Angel Food. From December 6, 2023, through January 31, 2024, every sale of the drink “Angel’s Share”, Holy Water will donate $5 in support of the beloved charity that supports those in our community affected by illnesses and in need of nutritional support.

The Angel’s Share cocktail includes the following ingredients: Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Ramazzotti, Giffard Banane du Bresil, Pecan Bitters, Banana Chip, Honey, Cacao Powder.

Notable founders actor Woody Harrelson, TV show host Bill Maher, and former tennis star John McEnroe opened Holy Water adjacent to cannabis consumption lounge and retail shop, the Woods, a venture initiated by Harrelson and Maher in 2022 (it’s important to note that while the Woods permits cannabis consumption, such activity is not allowed within the confines of Holy Water).

After years in development, Holy Water opened in late October. The beverage selection features a variety of wines from California, Italy, France, and Maryland, alongside $8 and $9 beers sourced from both local and global producers. However, the focal point is the cocktail bar, set in a moody, low-lit room.

With an approximate capacity for 30 people, the atmosphere is intimate, characterized by banquettes, high-top tables, couches, and elegant sets of lamps adorning every corner. The bar itself is crafted from reclaimed wood. Each cocktail is priced at $16, and the menu offers a concise selection of six options. A non-alcoholic alternative is available.
