There was pro-Palestine protest on the Sunset Strip Saturday night. Neighbors complained of noise near the William S Hart Dog Park area. Protestors vandalized the sidewalk and the side of Doubrick’s Pizza on 8363 Sunset Blvd with graffiti.
The graffiti on the building read, “Zionists.”
Messages on the sidewalk in front of the pizzeria read, “Free Gaza”, “Stop Funding”, and “Israel = Genocide”.
It is not yet clear why Doughbrik’s was targeted. The graffiti was reported to the facilities and Field Services Division to request the removal of the messaging that some community members are calling antisemitic.
