Everytable West Hollywood officially opened at 8717 Santa Monica Blvd earlier this month. To celebrate, the City of West Hollywood and the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce welcomed the food mart to the city with a ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday morning.
The event was attended by Mayor Sepi Shyne, and council member Chelsea Byers and John Heilman. Michael Aguilera-Gaudette was at the event for Representative Adam Schiff, as well as Davis Han, the District Representative for State Senator Ben Allen.

Everytable CEO, Sam Polk, welcomed everyone to the table, “It’s important to us to ingrain ourselves and become part of the local community,” he said. “We are so excited to be here. Everytable is all about this idea that healthy food is a human right, not a luxury product, and it should be accessible to everyone everywhere. As you know, Everytable tries to make incredibly high-quality food at incredibly low prices, even here, but also lower prices in neighborhoods like Compton and Watts and South Los Angeles.”

Mayor Shyne acknowledged their work in sporting BIPOC communities, so they can excel, and obtain wealth by opening their own businesses. Aside from providing high quality food at lower prices for marginalized people, she said she felt they also help stop systemic racism. She also acknowledged the different communities that showed up at the event which started at 10:30am.”
Anne-Marie Williams also presented Everytable West Hollywood with certificate of recognition from City Assessor’s Office Jeffrey Prang.

Other people in attendance included Miss West Hollywood, Danielle Halley, City staff, members of City commissions, members of the WeHo Chamber, Everytable employees and some local residents.
Sam Polk and his team were presented with a Buck for Good Luck by the WeHo Chamber and Mayor Shyne presented the new business with a Certificate of Recognition for their grand opening.
“I’m loving it here boss,” said Everytable West Hollywood manager Eli Dominguez. “I’ve been ready to do this for like a year. There is so much community here, so for us to be here is great. We want to make an impact, not just in West Hollywood, but in all of Southern California. We’re just glad to be part of this community. People have been traveling to Hollywood, so they are happy we are now neighbors to them.”

Eli says that almost every bowl they offer sell themselves. “We have a pasta pomodoro, that one’s my favorite. I’m a pasta person and I love cheese, it has tomatoes that just burst in your mouth when you’re eating it, and it’s on a bed of spinach, so I get my greens. We also have the classics, like our turkey taco bowl, our Jamaican curry, and our carnitas are very popular.”
Everytable strives to help everyone, everywhere live healthier by making it easy to enjoy craveable, balanced meals at an affordable price. Our chef-crafted menu includes familiar favorites and exciting, bold flavors.
