Everytable is opening this month in the City of West Hollywood. The new businesses that specializes in offering healthy and affordable packaged meals is moving into the former Chop Stop space located at 8717 Santa Monica Blvd.
Signage is already up on the storefront and it looks like the space is ready for some inventory. An official opening date in West Hollywood has not been set according to their social media platform, but we can report here that a celebration of its grand opening will take place on Thursday, May 25, 2023. The West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce will give the new business the royal ribbon-cutting treatment beginning at 10am along with members of the West Hollywood City Council.

The space has been empty for almost a year since the Chop Stop salad restaurant closed on Thursday, June 30, 2022. The eatery specializing in chopped salads, bowls and wraps, opened on August 25, 2012, and closed just two months shy of their ten-year-anniversary in the City of West Hollywood.
According to their website, Everytable strives “to help everyone, everywhere live healthier by making it easy to enjoy craveable, balanced meals at an affordable price. Our chef-crafted menu includes familiar favorites and exciting, bold flavors.”
“Our real food is made from scratch at our central kitchen,” reads a statement on their about page. “We are committed to using whole, fresh ingredients crafted with extra care to bring out the best in flavor and quality. We cook our own proteins, chop and roast our own vegetables, and create our own sauces, for everything ordered at our restaurants and online. This means when you’re eating our roasted peppers, blistered tomatoes, pickled onions, and lemon pepper chicken, you’re enjoying handmade, scratch cooking with thoughtfully sourced proteins, whole grains, and fresh fruits and vegetables.”
