    Doughbrik’s Pizza is Opening in West Hollywood on the Sunset Strip

    Doughbrik’s Pizza is is opening in West Hollywood’s Sunset Strip this weekend, on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at 1 p.m. According to the pizza parlor’s Instagram account, the latest WeHo Pizzeria is located at 8363 Sunset Blvd., home of the shuttered Sunset Strip Starbucks, next to Carney’s burger restaurant.

    Doughbrik’s Pizza comes from popular YouTuber David Dobrik, who has more than 19 million subscribers and 7.1 billion views on his video platform, as well as 11 million followers on Instagram. Dobrik has partnered with Lemonade founders Alan Jackson and Ian Olsen. LA Eater reports that a another partner is Dobrik’s friend and collaborator, entrepreneur Ilya Fedorovich.

    The menu will offer Chicago-style pizza, with two types of crust available by the slice or a whole pie. There will be a cracker-thin, square-cut, Chicago tavern-style crust. Another option will be a doughy focaccia-like base. Pie topping options will include straight cheese and pepperoni to vegetarian. People seem to be excited about the Hawaiian-style combinations with the pineapple. For meat lovers, there’s a pie called the Chicagoan that features a three-cheese blend, Italian herbs, garlic, pepperoni, Italian sausage, and a hot giardiniera mix. There’s also the hot honey drizzle Price per slice range from $6.50, and whole pies vary from $28 to $38. Breadsticks with dipping sauces are available as well.

    Pizza has been the topic of conversation in West Hollywood as of late, from the recent opening of Crustica Pizza, located at 9045 Santa Monica Boulevard, a new venture by Nile Niami’s, offering a one-of-a-kind pizza restaurant, to the news we broke in this publication of popular zpizza moving to another location in the neighborhood on Santa Monica Boulevard, not far from Greenwich Village Pizza, so there will no shortages of pie crusts for those who live, work and play in WeHo.

    Doughbrik’s Pizza will be open Sunday through Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Thursday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m.
