I honestly don’t understand why the dog parks have to close just because of an Emmy Party across the street. Are they worried about barking dogs in the distance?? This is absurd. Furthermore, when is the city going to put shade sails over the dig parks and playgrounds??? The dogs, their guardians and our kids need relief from the increasingly oppressive sun and humidity. Cmon WEHO.
