Cleanse Body and Mind with Real Coconut Kitchen

We all probably want to start the new year with a clean slate. Thanks to Real
Coconut Kitchen and The Mindry, we can also have a healthier mind and body.
Pairing an organic cleanse with daily meditation, this journey leaves participants
feeling energized, motivated and mentally and physically reset for the new year.

The cleanse begins with a delivery of drinks including a few bottles of their Daily
Dose (orange juice) and Phyto Cleanse (celery, apple and lime); soups (squash,
broccoli and cauliflower), chicken broth, coconut yogurt, avocado toast and nacho
cauliflower and cheese. The package also contains a jar of Phytovive, a marine
phytoplankton powder. Curated by Real Coconut Kitchen founder Daniella Hunter,
the program packed with nutrient dense nourishment to ease digestion and take a
break from soy, sugar, dairy, gluten and grains.

During the first virtual meeting of my cleanse group, I learned that the
Phytoplankton provides 50 – 80% of our world’s oxygen and is packed with
vitamins and minerals. During the cleanse, we were instructed to add the Phytovive
powder to the Daily Dose and Phyto Cleanse drinks several times a day.
On Day 1 and 5 we had a light meal (avocado toast on Day 1, nacho cauliflower
cheese on Day 5) in addition to yogurt, broth, soups and cleanse drinks.

The cleanse is a great way to jump start a reset for your digestive system. Some of
the many benefits include weight loss, an increase in the absorption of minerals and
nutrients, a healthier gut and a stabilization of blood sugar.

I experienced slight headaches the second day, probably as a result of sugar and
caffeine withdrawal. By the end of the third day, I felt mentally clearer, lighter and
    more focused.

The daily check-ins and meditations also helped clear my mind for the rest of the
day. I continue to do the meditation and take a daily dose of the Phytovive powder.
I would recommend the cleanse to anyone who wants to get a jump start on a
    healthier new year.

Dates for the next cleanse will be announced on the Real Coconut Kitchen’s website
    at https://www.realcoconutkitchen.com.

The Kitchen’s Malibu location ‘s restaurant
and marketplace are open and can be found at The Park at Cross Creek, 23401 Civic
    Center Way in Malibu.
