City of West Hollywood will host it’s 25th annual Free Family-Friendly Kids Fair on Saturday, October 29, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at West Hollywood Park, located at 647 N. San Vicente Boulevard.
The Kids Fair is a no-cost event and is full of family-friendly activities and attractions, including face painting, arts and crafts, a public safety expo, environmental information, Drag Queen Story Hour, and more! Local schools, organizations, and arts programs will participate with booths, and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and Los Angeles County Fire Department will have equipment and demonstrations available for children to learn and explore.
The Kid’s Fair follows the City of West Hollywood’s Recreation Services Division’s production of this year’s annual free Youth Halloween Carnival which took place on Saturday, October 22, 2022, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Plummer Park’s Vista Lawn.
The Youth Halloween Carnival included games, a trackless train, a pumpkin patch, and a haunted maze. Entertainment includes music, dancing, costume showcases, and entertainment by community groups. Children are welcome to show off their Halloween costumes to participate in raffles. For a fur-raising good time, pets are also invited to display their “Howl-O-Ween” best (following Plummer Park rules to always remain on a leash). Attendees are encouraged to carpool or walk, as parking at Plummer Park is limited.
Limited free parking is available at the adjacent West Hollywood Park 5-Story Garage located at 625 N. San Vicente Boulevard. There are also paid parking meters in the surrounding area.
