Join the Celebration Theatre for Sunday brunch with Emmy winner Leslie Jordan and star of Star Trek: Discovery, Wilson Cruz at Micky’s West Hollywood, Sunday, January 28, from 12pm to 3pm. The event is a fundraiser to help with the production of Celebration Theatre’s next main stage production.
Trailblazing actor and LGBTQ advocate Wilson Cruz, and the legendary and hilarious Leslie Jordan invite you to get up close and personal to hear about their lives and careers like never before. The event will emceed by Michael Burger.
The event will also include a sneak peek of Celebration’s next hit musical, the fabulous PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT – LIVE!
“Celebrating Brunch” is a fun, new event series that includes catered champagne brunch, a sponsored bar, and an uproarious time with the artists we love. The first event was held in September with Emmy winner Jane Lynch and The Office’s Kate Flannery. It was a Sunday Funday that helped raised over $14,000.
The event is generously underwritten by Micky’s West Hollywood, with bar sponsorship from Smirnoff, Chandon, and Miller Lite, all net proceeds directly fund Celebration’s LGBTQ Arts programming.
