Breakfast Republic Opens in West Hollywood

Breakfast Republic, one of San Diego and Irvine’s favorite breakfast and brunch spots, has opened in West Hollywood.

The new fun delicious eatery is the 11th Breakfast Republic in California. Housed in a 2,495 square-foot space, the restaurant’s décor and menu set a quirky and lively atmosphere for LA’s breakfast and brunch scene.

Whisk light fixtures, egg shaped waiting room seats and clever quotes such as “This is my resting brunch face,” and “Friends with Benedicts” on coffee mugs and shirts add to the Instagram friendly décor. The huge wrap around patio is perfect for relaxing while enjoying dishes from their extensive menu.

Bacon fans will love the wide variety of pork offerings including options to add “Jurassic Pork,” a huge slab of really delicious bacon, to many dishes.

Benedicts include crab and crawfish, traditional, ham and gruyere cheese, mushroom and pesto, Jurassic Pork and turkey and avocado options.

There is also a wide variety of omelette, scramble, pancake and French Toast options.

Menu highlights include their breakfast jambalaya, chilaquiles, breakfast burrito, turkey meatloaf hash, breakfast bacon mac and cheese, French Toast sampler, pancake flight of three and shrimp and ricotta frittata.

There’s also some great vegan options including a vegan benedict, burrito and frittata.

Equally impressive is their drink menu with ginger, lavender peach and red booch Kombucha, a variety of Bloody Mary’s, mimosas and cocktails including a drunken Oreo dream with Kahlua, Bailey’s, chocolate vodka and crème de cacao.

Breakfast Republic is a great breakfast and brunch addition to West Hollywood, located at the Domain West Hollywood at 7141 Santa Monica Boulevard, Suite 500.
