Bravo Toast is coming to the city of West Hollywood, straight from The Hamptons. The breakfast and brunch restaurant known for its luxurious avocado toast will setup its first restaurant in WeHo at the Beverly Hills Gateway at 632 1/2 N. Doheny Drive.
According to their social media platforms, they are also now hiring a vibrant, energetic team members to join the Bravo Toast family. They’re currently hiring for three new positions at their up and coming flagship location in West Hollywood. Open positions include a barista, team member cashier, and a line cook. Founded in 2020, Bravo Toast partnered with designer Cynthia Rowley for the original pop-up. The plan was to go from the Hamptons, to a permanent home in Downtown Los Angeles, but COVID hit before they made it official, and now a restaurant is in the works in West Hollywood. The new brick and mortar is slated to be located across the street from the Doheny Fountain Park.
Back in September Something Navy boutique on Melrose Place had a pop-up serving their signature avocado toasts, as well as some bottled drinks with the Bravo Toast logo.
A post on their official Instagram had them projecting an opening this past fall, but Bravo Toast owners Nathan Katz and Jack Della Femina told What Now Los Angeles that they hope to officially open by December 2021. The new all-day café will move into the former home of Frye Yolanda Skincare, which has moved to Sherman Oaks.
What Now Los Angeles also reports that aside from a variety of coffees and teas, they will also have juices and frozen drinks like the Bravo Palmer (iced tea/lemonade), and a Sylvester & Co. Cold Brew.
The menu will include their Green Goddess Avocado Toast made with pesto and burrata along with other toast creations for those who don’t have a taste for avocado. there will also be a full dessert selection. All items are vegetarian and vegan options are offered as well.
