    Henry E. (Hank) Scott, the founder of WEHOville, has worked as a journalist for newspapers as small as the weekly Butner-Creedmoor (N.C.) News (circulation), where he was the sole editorial staffer, and the Hartford Courant, where as Metro Editor he supervised a staff of 135 reporters and editors. Scott also worked for The New York Times, which he took online for the first time in 1993 and for which he launched its first foreign-language edition, published in Russian in Moscow.
