Ariana Madix and Katie Malone Shop for New WeHo Sandwich Shop as Part of VPR Season 11

Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney were spotted filming for the next season of Lisa Vanderpump’s reality TV show Vanderpump Rules (VPR) this past Wednesday. TMZ reports that Madix is back in front of the cameras once again as she was seen out in Los Angeles shooting a scene with Katie. Both reality TV stars were reportedly shopping at BTS Thrift Store for about 3-4 hours. They were shopping for items for their new sandwich shop Something About Her, set to open in West Hollywood at 640 N Robertson Blvd later this summer. The opening of the new restaurant will be part of the plot in Season 11 of VPR, sources tell TMZ. They picked up some fine china, glassware, and other items for their new WeHo sub shop.

Lisa Vanderpump, her husband Ken Todd, Tom Schwartz and James Kennedy were reportedly seen filming late in the evening at TomTom in West Hollywood, which is located around the corner from Something About Her.

Something About Her describes itself as “unapologetically feminine and undeniably delicious” on the shop’s official Instagram account. Katie said she wants the new sub shop “to feel cozy and inviting [so] people want to hang out here” in an episode of Vanderpump Rules.

Vanderpump Rules was officially picked up for season for season 11 after the cliffhanger of season finale of Season 10 where viewers witnessed Scandoval unfold where it was revealed that Tom Sandoval was reportedly having an affair with Raquel Leviss.

The affair came to light at the same time that Vanderpump’s two highly profiled West Hollywood restaurants, Pump Lounge, at 8948 Santa Monica Blvd., and Tom Tom Restaurant, at 8932 Santa Monica Blvd., both had their liquor licenses suspended on Wednesday, March 8.

Maddix And Malone launched a Something About here online store back in March, and they’ve been making making money on the new restaurant without even opening its doors. Swag includes an array of sweatshirts, T-shirts, hats, and phone cases, all of which retail for under $50.

Vanderpump Rules hosted a party in the space back in September, 2022, to celebrate Something About Her, which was filmed for the reality TV show. Viewers of the show got a glimpse inside where guests tasted various subs, including a Greek salad sandwich and a spicy turkey sandwich. The signage was cryptic in the window. We now know that the space is a new restaurant with a Vanderpump connection.

An opening date has not yet been announced. There will be more on the opening as information becomes available.
