Adam Lambert’s The Wild West Hollywood Has VIP Pre-Opening Party

Adam Lambert, Roger and Sarina Taylor, Bryan Patrick Franklin and Michael Solis officially announced what is already widely known that they have joined forces to open The Wild, an intimate and enchanting new bar located in the heart of West Hollywood at 8945 Santa Monica Blvd. The official grand opening to the public is this coming Friday, November 17. Inspired by the lush, tropical jungles of Tulum, The Wild aims to craft unforgettable experiences through specialty cocktails, regional cuisine, and a sensual audio and visual ambience.

Of their new endeavor, Lambert, The Taylors, and Franklin said: “We are thrilled to be partnering on this exciting new venture. We look forward to seeing you unleash your wild side!”

Last night, The Wild hosted an exclusive VIP, invitation only opening celebration for family and friends. The entrance was walled off so that guests had some privacy. The guest list included Chris Colfer, Colton Haynes, Gottmik, Julian Morris, Shaun Ross, Violet Chachki and more who got a sneak preview into the bar’s offerings such as Casa Dragones sipping tequila and signature craft cocktails while surrounded by the sounds of DJ Mike Taylor.

As part of the grand opening, The Wild is partnering with Tequila Casa Dragones, a small batch producer known for its ultra-premium sipping tequilas. Founded by CEO and co-founder Bertha González Nieves, the first female Maestra Tequilera, Casa Dragones made its debut in 2009. With four distinctively smooth tequila expressions, Casa Dragones is committed to being part of the tequila producers shaping the industry for the future through innovation, modern, sustainable production and Mexican craftsmanship.

The Wild opened briefly in time for the West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval in late October. Judging from recent photos the interior has been revamped into a jungle themed atmosphere.

By embracing the vibrant spirit of West Hollywood’s Queer community, The Wild aims to create a safe haven for expression, diversity, connection and your most primal impulses. Be unleashed in the Wild starting November 17.

So, it’s certainly not gonna be a restaurant.

Yes, I saw that they mentioned food but clearly from the looks of it it is not going to be a restaurant but more of a bar that has food. Was hoping for a restaurant since everything in that little area is turning into a bar or a club there’s really no diversity of commercial space down there anymore. Shame.

I assumed it stood for great rhomb-iosci-dodechaedron, more commonly known as a truncated icosidodecahedron, which as we all know is an archimedean solid.

Hopefully they keep the place up. Celebrities seem to come into town, have some splashy fun, and then the place deteriorates. The “Heart” sign across the building has had several lines broken for a year looking run-down.
